We ship via USPS to all areas. However, we do offer UPS and Fed-X at their published rates. International shipments are made via 1st class international minimum of $3.00  and international Priority at the published rate. We add a $1.50 handling fee to each order excluding International orders as it is included in the rate. 6.75% sales tax is charged to all North Carolina customers.
